Belarus’ Energy Ministry to hold talks with partners during Belarusian Industrial Forum

The companies affiliated with the Energy Ministry will hold talks on cooperation with partners during the Belarusian Industrial Forum which is due in Minsk on 12-15 May, Belarus’ Deputy Energy Minister Leonid Shenets told a press conference, BelTA has learned.
"We will hold negotiations during the forum,” Leonid Shenets said. He noted that the forum has become a popular event: many companies, both foreign and Belarusian ones, sign contracts and agreements which are then successfully implemented in Belarus and abroad.
Leonid Shenets also expressed confidence that the forum will be held at the same high level as last year. "When we were planning the participation of the Energy Ministry in the forum we initially planned to occupy the area of about 54 square meters. Eventual our expo has grown to take up to 63 square meters,” Leonid Shenets noted.
He also said that the event is annually attended by 250-300 organizations. Over the past 10 years, about 150 companies have become its regular participants.
Belarusian Industrial Forum 2015 includes four international exhibitions: Promexpo – A Modern Plant, Promenergo, Energy Conservation and Ecology, Science and Innovation. They will feature equipment, tools and materials for industrial enterprises, the most advanced energy and electrical equipment, energy-efficient and resource-saving technologies, and also the equipment and technologies for environmental protection in industry, energy, construction, housing and utilities sector.
The Energy Ministry will take part in the Promenergoo exhibition and will be represented by Belenergoremnaladka, Beloozersk Electromechanical Plant, Belelektromontazhnaladka, Novogrudok Plant of Gas Fittings, Belgaztekhnika, Gas-Institute, and the Information and Publishing center Ekonomenergo.
