Belarus submits EIA report to Lithuania

Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Yelena Kupchina has submitted the final report on the Environmental Impact Assessment of the future Belarusian nuclear power plant during her visit to Vilnius on 12-13 June. The report was compiled by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of Belarus, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

Yelena Kupchina took part in the Belarus-Lithuania ministerial consultations to discuss bilateral cooperation prospects and the Belarus-EU agenda in the run-up to Lithuania’s assumption of the EU chairmanship.

Yelena Kupchina met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevicius.
