Belarusian Energy Expo to showcase robotic systems, latest digital solutions

MINSK, 16 October (BelTA) - Energy Expo 2023, the 27th installment of the Belarusian energy and environmental forum, will open in Minsk on 17 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the Energy Ministry.

Leading industry companies and organizations will present their achievements. All in all, more than 250 different developments and innovative projects will be on display.

Visitors will be able to see the latest software and measuring systems, automation and digitalization systems for manufacturing processes in the gas industry and the electric power industry, modern telemetry tools for continuous monitoring of the operation of technological equipment, robotic complexes for tele-inspection of engineering systems, and others.

The exposition will also feature various samples of import-substituting equipment: switchgear sets, line fittings, microprocessor-based protection and automation devices, reclosers, gas analytical control and diagnostics devices for gas pipelines, intelligent street lighting control systems.

Projects for virtual and augmented reality technologies, including VR simulators, will be on view. Those who wish will be able to take a virtual tour of the power system facilities.

Master classes will be held on the use of innovative 3D welding methods, computer-aided design, the use of RFID tags in the labeling of liquefied gas cylinders and other areas.

A separate site will showcase special-purpose equipment that is part of the fleet of organizations of the Energy Ministry, including mobile laboratories.
