Rosatom the only state company on AON Hewitt Russia best employers list in 2018

Rosatom has become one of the best employers in Russia in 2018, according to the AON Hewitt international professional services firm, BelTA has learned.

According to Rosatom’s communications department, Rosatom has become the largest employer in the list of the country’s top eight employers (along with such companies as Servier, M.Video-Eldorado, IHG and others).

The companies that receive the Best Employers by AON status demonstrate the high level of productivity and organizational processes, high employee engagement and the appeal of the brand for job seekers.

The award was received by Rosatom’s HR Director Tatyana Terenteva who shared the best practices in the employee engagement and employer branding in Rosatom.

Rosatom was already named the best employer by AON Hewitt in 2016.
