Six IT companies working in Belarus among world’s best outsourcers

International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) released its annual listing of the world’s best outsourcing service providers. Six IT companies with branches in Belarus were included in the new Global Outsourcing 100 ranking.
IAOP specialists point out that the companies included in Global Outsourcing 100 have demonstrated their global superiority.
The six IT companies with branches in Belarus included in the listing are: EPAM Systems (resident company of Belarus’ Hi-Tech Park), Itransition (resident company of Belarus’ Hi-Tech Park and member of the Scientific and Technological Association Infopark), Bell Integrator, IBA Group, Ciklum and Intetics.
At the same time founders of four out of the six companies are Belarusian natives or Belarusian citizens: EPAM Systems (Arkady Dobkin and Leonid Lozner), Itransition (Sergei Gvardeitsev), IBA Group (Sergei Levteev) and Intetics Inc (Boris Kontsevoi).
Two non-IT companies with representative offices in Belarus were also included in the ranking: Colliers International (consulting firm working with commercial property) and Teleperformance (business process outsourcing company).
Global Outsourcing 100 is an annual listing of the world’s best outsourcing service providers. The main criteria are profit margin, growth of the team, best projects, customers’ recommendations, corporate social responsibility and innovations.
