Plans to build over 1,300 EV charging stations in Belarus by 2030
There are 486 EV charging stations in Belarus at present. The number will increase to 600 by the end of the year. Fast charging stations will make up half of the number. Over 1,300 electric vehicle charging stations will be installed in Belarus by 2030 as well as 25 superfast charging complexes.

Plans to commission 6 energy sources powered by local resources in Minsk Oblast in 2022
An extensive program has been put together on commissioning various energy sources powered by local fuel and energy resources in Minsk Oblast in the next few years. As many as 16 energy sources of the kind with the output capacity of 105.5MW will be commissioned in 2022-2025.

Belarus concerned about reliability of Ukrainian nuclear power plants
According to Nikolai Shchekin, 43 out of 69 thermal power plant units are idle in Ukraine at present due to coal shortages. Respectively the nuclear power plants are operating at their capacity to replace the missing energy.
