Emergencies Ministry to be in charge of radioactive waste management in Belarus
In accordance with the decree, the Emergencies Ministry of Belarus will be in charge of radioactive waste management. The ministry will implement the state policy, including in science and technology, coordinate the operation of state bodies, ensure the fulfillment of international obligations, and submit the strategy of radioactive waste management to the Council of Ministers.

Belarus to supply 500MW of electricity to Ukraine according to emergency aid agreement
Belarus started supplying electricity to Ukraine at 14:00 on 2 November upon Ukraine's request within the framework of the emergency aid agreement. Electricity will not be supplied as part of some long-term commercial contract, the press service clarified.
