Belarusian-Norwegian draft agreement on cooperation in nuclear safety approved
The Belarusian Emergencies Ministry has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and introduce minor amendments if necessary. The ministry will sign the agreement if the sides come to terms within limits of the approved draft.

According to the source, the output capacity of Belarusian renewable sources of energy is close to 500MW. There are 82 photovoltaic power plants in Belarus as well as 53 hydropower plants, 30 biogas installations, over 100 power plants, and 10 compact cogeneration plants burning wooden fuel.

Output capacity of Belarusian renewable energy sources up by 19 times since 2010
The official noted that Belarusian renewable energy sources generated 1.243 billion kWh of electricity in 2020. Their output capacity has increased by 19 times since 2010 while the actual output has increased by 8.9 times. The renewable energy sources are operated by 278 legal persons and self-employed businessmen.
