Belarusian Naftan to raise export by 10% in 2015
In 2015 the Belarusian petrochemical company Naftan intends to raise merchandise export in natural terms by roughly 10% in comparison with 2014, BelTA learned from Sergei Khomich, Head of the Oil Products Sales Office of the company, at a specialized industry conference on 15 April.

Mozyr Oil Refinery eager to export more to Ukraine in summer, autumn
“During the summer-autumn period shipments to the Ukrainian market will be raised,” said Vladimir Sizov. In Q1 2015 Ukraine reduced the import of Belarusian oil products by roughly 15-20% in physical terms. The executive pointed out that while making the comparison one should bear in mind the fact that automobile fuel consumption is affected by seasonal trends.

Mozyr Oil Refinery doing well despite Russian taxation changes
“In the first quarter of the year Mozyr Oil Refinery's performance demonstrated positive dynamics. In other words, we don't operate in the red. The development of the situation will depend, among other things, on whether Russian companies get back to processing or not,” said the executive.

Construction of third oil refinery in Belarus still on agenda

$50 per barrel of oil to get $1bn in export duties for Belarus
“As far as export customs duties are concerned, the budget that has been adopted provides for revenues in excess of $2 billion, with the oil price at $83 per barrel. The budget has been revised, with the oil price down to $50 per barrel and the revenues down to $1 billion,” said the Belarusian Deputy Finance Minister.

Belarus resumes gasoline deliveries to Russia
“March 2015 was quite a complicated month considering prices for gasoline. Yet gasoline is now delivered to Russia in accordance with the previously signed agreements with the Russian Energy Ministry,” noted representatives of Belarusian Oil Company.

Belarus suspends shipment of oil products to Russia in anticipation of better prices
Speaking about supplies of oil products to Russia, the Deputy Prime Minister said that there are still some minor issues caused by the reduction of the exchange rate of the Russian ruble. “Russia stays dedicated to its pricing policy. Prices are not raised, including prices for fuel. Gasoline used to cost as much as $0.90 per liter, now it costs $0.50-0.54 depending on the grade of gasoline,” he said.
